Other beaches such as Heacham, Holme, Wells-next-the-Sea and the award-winning sandy beach at Holkham are also found a short drive away. There are a range of outdoor activities available in the area such as walking, cycling, fishing, golf, riding, water sports and seal spotting as well as four nature reserves to explore. 

Whilst staying here why not visit Burnham Market? It’s a very popular, picture-perfect village with a selection of galleries, boutiques, great restaurants and even a hat shop. Or tryt Wells-next-the-Sea, which is full of seaside shops, a playland and a perfect spot to enjoy fish and chips on the quay wall overlooking the sea. At Fakenham, you may even be able to enjoy a day at the races, along with shops, pubs, cafes, cinema and bowling alley for entertainment. For history lovers, Holkham Hall, Blickling Hall and the Royal Sandringham Estate all offer alternative great days out.
