Escape with your special someone at this elegantly furnished bell tent on a peaceful glamping site set in quiet North Norfolk woodland - with the coast at Cromer just 6 miles away. Sleeping two people in one king-size bed, it's perfect for couples who are searching for a genuinely back-to-nature retreat to call home while they walk the beaches of the North Norfolk coast, explore the National Trust's Blickling Estate and discover the historic market town of Holt together. Head into Cromer to stroll along its Victorian pier, and then then continue along the coast to the quieter sands at Mundesley to take pictures beside the colourful beach huts. In the evening, come home to light the chiminea on your private terrace and gaze up at the star-filled Norfolk sky above the woodland.
Pull up in your private parking spot beside your tent (further parking is available 50 metres away in the main car park) and head inside your beautiful bell tent home, where soft lighting, plush seating, blankets and heating create a warm and inviting retreat in any season. This lovely open-plan space has a handy kitchenette for simple meals, a glamorous roll-top bath, a sofa, a Smart TV and a king-size bed at its centre. In the evening, head out onto your private terrace and take a seat beside the chiminea, before you fire up the gas BBQ to cook a leisurely dinner under the stars. Back in your tent, the sofa can be made up to sleep two additional guests on request, and you’ll find a shared shower block with two showers just a few steps away.
In the morning, head off to meet the site’s resident goats, rent an e-bike to discover the local area, or throw in a line at the on-site fishing lake. Alternatively, make a beeline for the National Trust’s Blickling Estate (9 miles) to explore the medieval manor house owned by Harold Godwinson, the last Anglo-Saxon king. Further afield, head into the historic market town of Holt (14 miles) to browse the shops and check out the art galleries.
