Relax and refresh at this beautifully crafted pod siting on a friendly glamping site in the Norfolk countryside, where a private hot tub is waiting on your deck and the coast at Cromer is just 6 miles away. Sleeping two adults in one double bed and two kids in a bunk area if required, it's perfect for small families who are searching for a stylish glamping lodge to call home while they walk the North Norfolk Coast Path together. Head into Cromer to stroll along the pier and treat yourself to some of the town’s famous crab, and then follow the coast west to Sheringham to take a romantic trip on the North Norfolk railway to the pretty Georgian town of Holt. In the evening, come home to light the firepit and sink into the private hot tub as the stars start to appear above the trees.
Pull into your private parking spot beside your lodge (further parking is available 50 metres away in the main car park) and take the two steps up onto the deck of your inviting wooden pod. Step inside and you’ll find a chic and creatively designed open-plan lounge/kitchenette/diner/sleeping area that’s bathed in soft grey tones. Whip up a simple meal in the kitchenette area and share it at the table, or head out into your private garden to fire up the gas BBQ and dine alfresco at the picnic table. Afterwards, share stories up at the firepit, treat yourself to a dip in the hot tub, or head back indoors to find your favourite show on the Smart TV. When the day is done, retire to your double bed while the kids climb into their bunk beds. A smart en-suite shower room completes the layout.
In the morning, let the kids run off some steam in the on-site play area, and then head into Cromer (6 miles) to join the North Norfolk Coast Path. Enjoy a refreshing hike west to Sheringham (10.5 miles) and the National Trust's Sheringham Park – one of the finest seasonal gardens in Norfolk. Or make your way inland to the National Trust's Blickling Hall (6 miles) to explore the mansion that once was home to John Hobart, 2nd Earl of Buckinghamshire, who was the ambassador to the court of Catherine the Great. Further afield, it’s well worth heading into Norwich (18.5 miles) to explore the cathedral and check out the local restaurant scene.
