Self-catering holiday cottages on Haddiscoe Island
Haddiscoe Island is a unique landscape as it's an inland island consisting of approximately 2,000 acres of marshland adjacent to the River Yare and River Waveney on the edge of the Broads National Park. The area is rich in wildlife; deer are frequently seen, together with marsh harriers, herons, geese and owls to name but a few. Cattle graze freely during most of the year. It is an area of huge skies and stunning sunsets – out here you feel a million miles away from the world, however, the coast is within 10 miles and if a little retail therapy is required, the beautiful cathedral city of Norwich is just 24 miles away where you will find theatres, museums, shops, restaurants and coffee shops.
All of our holiday homes on Haddiscoe Island comprise self-catering accommodation of some description. It could be that your holidays are spent in large holiday cottages fit for the whole family or a big group of friends, or perhaps you'd prefer a bolthole to spend precious time with your loved one.
