Soak up the glories of the east coast right from the comfort of your holiday home. This property is of an extremely high standard, with light and airy rooms and contemporary features such as the beautifully modern living room and the well-equipped kitchen/diner, with all the mod cons included. Make a fresh cup of tea in the evenings and curl up in front of the wood burner or play board games around the four-person dining table. Spend leisurely mornings out in the wonderful wildlife garden, where you will be treated to birdsong and plenty of garden furniture from which to unwind. Find two comfy bedrooms, a king-size and a double, both with outstanding views of the woodland and gardens, and use this inspiration to plan your upcoming explorations with the rest of your troop.

This property is extremely well placed for the nature enthusiasts of the group. Nine nature reserves sit within 20 miles of your front door, including Martham Broad and Thorpe Marshes.
