The open-plan living area is bright and sociable, with French doors that open onto the main lakeside deck and fill the space with natural light. A comfortable seating area occupies one end of the room, with a Smart TV and DVD player for quieter evenings in. At the other end, the kitchen is well equipped for self-catering stays. From the living area, the layout leads naturally through into the bedroom, the standout space in the lodge. A super-king-size bed takes centre stage, and boasts a freestanding bath. French doors open onto a separate deck. The adjoining en-suite shower room is generously proportioned, with a large walk-in deluge shower and WC. Bathrobes are provided for moving between the bath, the shower, and the outside hot tub, adding a leisurely feel to the whole space.
The main deck extends along the lakeside, furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining with views across the water. From the bedroom, a second deck leads out to the private outdoor hot tub and sauna. A separate carp fishing lake is just 100m away, with charges applying and advance booking required through the CATCH app. The lodge forms part of a development set around the lake. Private parking is available on site for up to two cars.
