Brancaster holiday cottages

"No trip to Norfolk is complete without visiting the beautiful village of Brancaster. One of my favourite things to do when visiting Brancaster is taking a leisurely stroll along Brancaster Beach, watching the tide roll in and enjoying the vast open skies that make this part of Norfolk so special.” - Regional Expert and Norfolk Ambassador, Inday Harrison.

After a day of exploring, there's nothing better than returning to one of our 120 comfortable holiday cottages in and around Brancaster, cooking a homemade meal and cosying up by the fire."

Our bespoke range of holiday cottages throughout Brancaster include over 100 dog-friendly options (including properties with enclosed gardens), over 50 cottages with wood burners, perfect for cosy nights in, more than 100 within 5 miles of a beach, as well as a handful of luxury manor houses, and homes with plenty of room for your loved ones.

What is there to do in Brancaster?

Located on the North Norfolk Coast, Brancaster and its neighbour Brancaster Staithe are two of the county's loveliest coastal destinations. They have so much to offer, which makes them an ideal holiday home destination at any time of the year.

Voted as the 6th most anticipated place to visit in Norfolk in 2026 in our most recent Uncovered survey, this village in Norfolk is such a special place to holiday. Whether you're looking for scenic coastal walks, wildlife encounters, or relaxing days by the sea, Brancaster has something for everyone to enjoy.

Walk a section of the Norfolk Coast Path

The village's biggest attraction is Brancaster Beach, which is a wonderful stretch of sand that was also voted as a top 5 favourite beach in Norfolk in our survey. It is famous for its wide open views, spectacular sunsets and is perfect for kite flying. It also forms a part of the Norfolk Coast Path.

With the ever-changing scenery of sandy beaches, salt marshes, rolling dunes and an abundance of birdlife to spot along the way, the route between Brancaster and Brancaster Staithe is particularly rewarding.

Enjoy fresh seafood

When it comes to food and drink, you will be spoilt for choice as Brancaster is loved for its delicious seafood and traditional pubs. Our favourites include The White Horse Brancaster, The Jolly Sailors and The Ship.
