The cottage itself is lovely and the location, however it is dirty and tired. The kitchen floor is disgusting, double bed terrible. Shower head very low so unable to stand underneath if over about 5'7 and no hand-held attachment. The entire property needs a really good clean and decorating. For the price it is very disappointing.

We really loved Pitts Cottage. The most perfect location and it felt like we were lucky enough to stay in a loved family home. We will definitely stay again.

A cosy, comfortable cottage in an ideal location for exploring the North Norfolk coast. It has shops and good pubs within easy reach. A internet connection/WiFi would be a great addition

A cosy cottage in a superb location to explore the North Norfolk coast. We found everything we needed inside the cottage, fantastic local pubs and places to shop for local produce. Our dogs loved the nearby beach walks, in October it was peaceful but also a nice feel of locals and visitors enjoying the mild weather. We would return to Pitts CottageRead more. Hide

Although I knew the cottage didn't have WiFi, i thought phone reception would be slightly better. Not ideal if you have kids or need access to the web. The cottage itself is nice, spacious and in a great location. So if you're not reliant or needing wi-fi it will be great. Unfortunately, I'd be unlikely to return if wi-fi isn't introduced in the fuRead moreture Hide

Great location in the heart of the village, though a little noisy being right on the road. Charming old cottage, not luxurious but has all the basics. No Wi-Fi and poor mobile reception. Comfy beds and nice space for a family of 5.

We stayed at Pitts Cottage for a week in August. You couldn't find a better location for walking to the beach! The cottage had plenty of space for three generations of our family, and the little sunroom was a lovely place to relax in the morning. The cottage is well equipped and had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We hadRead more a lovely week at Pitts Cottage and can thoroughly recommend it. Hide
