Based in the beautiful hamlet of Glandford in the Glaven Valley, Art Café is a beautiful and unique place to come for a spot of lunch. The Art Café are passionate about delicious vegetarian food and Norfolk produce so they source a lot of their yummy ingredients from very local suppliers. Some of their producers are based on the very local Bayfield estate and vegetables are grown for the café just two miles away.Grey Seal Coffee roast the coffee beans and are based on the same farmyard as the café itself.
Dogs are welcome too, so bring your pups along.
Art Café is located in Glandford, which is just two miles from Holt and Blakeney on the North Norfolk Coast. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the village is perfect for walking and biking. Due to their farmyard location, Art Café is surrounded by other small businesses such as a boat builder, Cley Spy and Grey Seal Coffee. The village holds a Shell Museum, open March until October, and a church clock which plays a hymn every three hours.
Art Café is not an ordinary café - it also holds an art gallery which is lovely to have a browse around. The gallery and shop is full of beautiful paintings, interesting textiles and fascinating objects, all sourced from local artists and makers. A few of the items in the gallery are also from local flea markets. You won't leave empty handed.
