The Cartlodge is beautifully presented throughout; perfect for couples and romantic stays set amidst the beautiful North Norfolk countryside; just 2 miles from the popular village of Old Hunstanton. The overall space has been cleverly designed to allow plenty of natural light to flood in; downstairs is very roomy with a beautiful kitchen with integrated appliances and a relaxed dining space. Upstairs is light and airy with velux windows maximising countryside views and filling the spacious sitting room with light. There is ample storage with built-in wardrobes so you can kick off your shoes, stow away your luggage and relax and start your holiday. The bedroom is beautifully finished and has space for a travel cot however due to the configuration of only suitable for ‘babes in arms'. A luxury en-suite shower room completes the look with a large walk-in shower and vanity unit. The garden is fully enclosed so safe for your four-legged friend, the local Pub ‘The Gin Trap’ is a five minute walk away, serving great food and dog-friendly, specialising in a variety of Gin’s, naturally, there is also a Pub garden to enjoy on warmer days.

This spacious retreat is ideally located to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay for couples within easy walking distance of the village pub and restaurant, popular year round with locals and visitors alike. There is a village shop too as well as a variety of countryside and coastal walks to explore close-by including the Peddars Way and Norfolk coastal path. Soft sandy beaches can be found at neighbouring Old Hunstanton where softly coloured beach huts decorate the dunes. At nearby Drove Orchards there is a popular farm shop, as well as Eric’s Fish and Chips and some great independent shops to explore. The village of Burnham Market is a great place to spend an afternoon exploring Art galleries, boutique shops or perhaps a spot of lunch at the renowned Hoste Arms also offering spa treatments, don’t forget to book ahead!
