Enter into the lobby area, the perfect place to kick off your walking boots before heading into the wonderfully sociable lounge/kitchen/diner. With limestone floors and fabulous artwork bursting with character, the space retains its charm with exposed original beams. The lounge area is perfect for social downtime, with three sofas surrounding a Smart TV. The chef in the group will love the kitchen, where the kitchen island offers a spot for light snacks or watching the cooking action, while the formal dining table seats up to six. All on the ground floor, there are three king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have Smart TVs and doors leading to a patio area and are bursting with rural charm thanks to exposed brickwork and wooden beams overhead. Outside, you'll find a shared courtyard with a dedicated seating area surrounded by beautiful plants. Relax in the hot tub at the end of the day and enjoy a sun-downer or two in this peaceful setting.

With easy access to idyllic fishing villages and larger towns, you’ll find everything from traditional seaside fare to romantic eateries within easy reach. The coast at Hopton is just over a mile away, while Gorleston (2.5 miles) offers a stunning bay with golden sand beaches and cliff-top restaurants. Further north is the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth (5 miles), home to Sea World and rich in the history and heritage of the fishing industry. The seafront boasts illuminations, a pier, promenades, arcades, a funfair, and a sandy beach. To the south, the picturesque seaside towns of Southwold (17 miles) and Aldeburgh (22 miles) are a must-visit. Inland, explore the magical waterways of the Norfolk Broads from St Olaves (4.5 miles), where you can hire a boat for the day.

Absolutely beautiful home and very well presented. It has everything you need and that little bit more too. The hot tub is lovely and the outside area is nice to enjoy breakfast on. We really enjoyed our stay here and found it a very good location to visit other local areas, the village pub was also very nice for dinner. Loved the little touches of washing up liquid, hand soaps etc. Having beds made up was great too. Manager Lorraine was fantastic. Definitely worth the money she's paid.

Fabulous property - we were amazed at the quality of the furniture and fixtures and fittings - they were all top notch! Property was luxurious and the hot tub was set in the right place to catch the morning & evening sun. Helpful manager, very responsive. Internet was a bit temperamental due to weather and had to wait for reboot from offsite support. The only downside is the property is linked to the next barn and can hear the guests from their property from the intRead moreerconnecting door...suggest a solid door to minimize sound..and more screening between the garden zones for privacy. The three properties here are all absolutley glorious and all finished to a very high standard. The lemon tree is the best for privacy but Jasmine and The Olive Tree are huge. These properties could do with having some screening out the back for both families privacy but overall isnt that bad. There is still plenty of space outside to relax. The spRead morea was checked and cleaned daily. Gorleston Beach is also a very close drive only about 5 monutes away which is fabulous. Definatley would book again. Hide
