Escape to the countryside in true style at this luxurious barn conversion, perfect for a family holiday near the Norfolk coast. Complete with high-spec finishes, sociable open-plan living spaces and a bubbling hot tub, enjoy a memorable stay at this sleek and stylish home.

With limestone floors, granite surfaces, and stunning artwork throughout, you enter this splendid barn through French doors at the rear of the property. The barn offers a bright, spacious lounge/kitchen/diner, where the kitchen is ideal for preparing culinary delights and a large kitchen island is perfect for light snacks. The dining table seats up to six for gathering with friends or family to exchange stories over dinner. There’s also a separate utility room. The lounge, with its comfortable sofas, is the perfect place for catching up with loved ones or streaming shows on the Smart TV. Heading up a beautiful bespoke staircase, you arrive in the hallway leading to two bedrooms. The first is a king-size bedroom, and the second is a twin room with single beds. Both rooms have Smart TVs, high vaulted ceilings, countryside views and en-suite shower rooms. Outside, there’s a shared courtyard with plenty of seating. The property also boasts a private seating area with beautiful plants where you can soak away tired muscles in the hot tub.

This barn serves as an ideal base to explore the local area and beyond. For keen walkers and bird watchers, scenic walks along the nearby River Waveney offer opportunities to spot an abundance of wildlife. The location also provides easy access to the traditional seaside town of Hopton, just over a mile away, as well as the stunning shorelines of Southwold and Dunwich, both within 25 miles. Norwich, with its famous cathedral, is less than 20 miles away, and the enchanting waterways of the Norfolk Broads can be explored by hiring a boat for the day from St Olaves, 4.5 miles from home.

A lovely house, with masses of room, both inside and out. A good pub is in the village, although it is probably a drive, rather than a walk, away, especially at night. The Duke's Head in nearby Somerleyton is also very good.

Really nice accommodation which has all you need. Hot tub was a fantastic hit as was the wood burner. Great location and although there are other parts to the building which form other rental units, you do feel very detached and it's peaceful. Would definitely recommend and would look to book again in the future.

Beautiful accommodation which has everything you need. There is not a lot to do nearby. Yarmouth is not worth visiting. We loved Southwold and Aldeburgh. Norwich is well worth a visit, the cathedral is amazing. Snape Maltings is also good. We had a nice meal in The Village Maid pub in Lound and the Mardle cafe serves good coffee.

Fantastic place. Loved the space, peace and hot tub. Remote location, no pavements and roads too fast to walk along. Car needed.

Superb property with comfortable furnishings and tastefully decorated. Well equipped to a high standard. Unfortunately, a fierce cold wind stopped us from using the hot tub! The barn is well situated for exploring the surrounding countryside.
