Holme-next-the-Sea an attractive sought-after village on the beautiful North Norfolk coast, is at the northern end of the Peddars Way.  The area is renowned for its beautiful scenery, sand dunes and beaches, countless walks and other outdoor pursuits. With Holme Dunes and Titchwell Nature Reserve on the doorstep and Hunstanton, Burnham Market and Brancaster all within a very short distance, the village is an ideal base for exploring this part of Norfolk's coastline and enjoying its many beaches, walking and cycling opportunities.

As always, Norfolk Cottages were excellent in arranging our holiday, very quick with correspondence and details needed for our holiday. The property was lovely, very clean, beautiful décor and lovely big enclosed garden, great for my dog to run around in! It was very well equipped. Lovely sitting on the swing looking over the fields in the evening with a glass of wine! The floors are quite highly polished wood throughout and tiles in the kitchen, so was not ideal for my arthritic dog, very slippy, just something to be aware of. The property is right next to the road, with garden and trees in between, but even though I had the bedroom on that side, did not hear any traffic with the windows closed. Ideal for lots of the Norfolk attractions. Eric's fish and chips just down the road were lovely! There is a Sainsbury's about 10 mins drive away at Hunstanton, so good to stock up for the week. Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely return (with some boots for my dog)!
