This stylish bungalow is in the charming coastal village of Heacham and sleeps four guests, making it perfect for couples and small families. The village boasts two sandy beaches and just 3 miles along the coast is the vibrant resort of Hunstanton, with its amusements, gift shops, and seaside amenities. Days out include the wildlife haven of Blakeney Point (25 miles) and the royal parkland at Sandringham Estate (7 miles).

The bungalow is arranged across one level and is decorated in a contemporary style. The cosy lounge is a lovely place in which to unwind, with a choice of seating arranged around a 54" Smart tv with Sky Q and Amazon Prime. From here, move into the stylish kitchen which has a breakfast bar for sipping a morning coffee as you plan your itinerary. The sunny conservatory overlooks the garden and has three armchairs and a formal dining table. The property has two inviting king-size bedrooms and a spacious shower room (note there is a step up to the shower). The enclosed garden faces south and is a real sun trap. There is a patio area and BBQ for al fresco dining, and a large lawn where children can play. The piece de resistance, however, is the fabulous log cabin complete with seating, a TV with Amazon prime, Wi-Fi, and study station.

Heacham’s beaches offer something for everyone, with a long promenade for sunset strolls, soft sand for sandcastle building, and shallow waters for bathing. After a day at the beach, head into the village to refuel in one of the cosy pubs. If you’re seeking a little retail therapy, then a visit to Burnham Market (11.5 miles) is a must. The village has over 30 independent shops and boutiques and there are also some lovely walks in and around the village, following the picturesque River Burn.

what a wonderful bungalow, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very well furnished throughout. Thank you for the amazing welcome pack (especially the crumpets) we have enjoyed days out at Sandringham, Wells, RSPB reserves and have loved exploring the coastline. Highly recommend walks on Holkham Beach Brancaster Beach, and Heacham to Hunstanton pRead moreromenade. Would recommend Thornham Deli, Eric's Fish and Chips, Gurneys fishmongers, the Fish Shed and the many local farm shops. The arts, crafts and antiques shop at Old Hunstanton Barns is well worth a visit. Hide

The bungalow was very nicely setup. They had everything we needed while there. Even Alexa in all rooms. There was even a disposable bbq bag inside the bbq. The girls loved the summerhouse. It was so peaceful in the garden. If we think of going to Norfolk again. We will definitely consider Broadway Bungalow

I just wanted to write and let you know that we had such a lovely time at your bungalow. I did leave comments in the guestbook, but having a rental cottage myself, I know how much hard work goes into making it happen and making every guest feel welcome, especially at this time of year. We booked the bungalow to give my mum a break as she used to viRead moresit Norfolk with my late dad and so its very special to her. It was her 80th birthday during her stay and so i was specifically looking for a comfortable and well-furnished bungalow with a shower cubicle so I could keep her safe, and after looking at hundreds online, I was thrilled to find yours. Good quality dog-friendly properties are hard to find in my experience, so ticking the boxes for us, the dogs and for mum was a challenge. We've rented cottages for the last 30 years and never had beds so comfortable, a welcome basket so full, or so many TV's to choose from. I had hoped that my husband who was strictly "working from home" would take root in the cabin but sadly for us the weather had heated it up a treat, and so he took root in the dining room, leaving us the garden to enjoy! We tidied up thoroughly as requested in the OC email even though as an OC homeowner I had never seen that message before. I couldn't find a broom or a dust pan and brush - just to let you know in case they have gone walkabouts. We put the rubbish bin out to be emptied but the recycling bin was full to the brim when we arrived. However, I hope our quick tidy up gave your housekeeper a head start. I wish you well with the rest of the season and all your many bookings and hope we will be able to return To Broadway Bungalow one day soon. Hide
