Minnow Cottage is a delightful property that oozes character. The owners tastefully refurbished the cottage whilst retaining the original character. There is pretty sunny garden to the front of the property, the ideal spot for a morning coffee. Inside there is a well-equipped kitchen, a charming sitting room and two comfortable bedrooms. Notes: This is a non smoking property. Mobile signal- variable. Two couples are welcome but please note there is access on one side of the bed only in Bedroom 2. There are traditional Norfolk winder stairs which can be difficult for the less mobile and low door lintles in keeping with the age of the property.
Docking is a well located North Norfolk village surrounded by unspoilt countryside, providing easy access to the area's country and coastal attractions. It is four miles from the splendid sandy beach at Brancaster with the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton seven miles away. The beaches at Heacham, Holme, Holkham and Wells are all nearby and there are also many bird reserves in the area. The village has a large general store, a pub and a fish & chip shop there is also a farmers market every Wednesday selling local produce.
