We had a fantastic week at Pelican Barn, with the options to sit upstairs or downstairs and the addition of a small table and chairs in the kitchen area not to mention the outdoor areas you are spoilt for choice. The kitchen was stocked with every item you might need and more, the beds are extremely comfortable and the location is fantastic, the fire pit in the garden is a great addition which we used every evening, we also enjoyed watching the birds in the garden whilst we ate our breakfast.. As six adults sharing the property we had three large cars and there was plenty of space for them all. This is an outstanding property that feels like home, if we return to the area we would defiantly book again. we were also greeted by the owner on arrival which was really nice.
Pelican Barn is a lovely property in a beautiful peaceful location, yet within easy access of the North Norfolk Coast and Norwich. Facilities are second to none and the property is in first class condition. Would definitely recommend.
