Sleeping four people across two inviting bedrooms, this lovely cottage offers a great escape for small families or groups of friends who want to spend quality time together on the stunning Norfolk coast. Step inside this stylish cottage and you’ll be welcomed by the spacious, well-lit living area bathed in a gentle colour palette of coastal hues. Make yourself at home in this inviting area before heading to the sleek, contemporary open-plan kitchen/diner to channel your inner-chef and cook up a storm for your loved ones. Get everyone together at the dining table to eat, or head out to the lovely courtyard garden to dine alfresco. After dinner, pour yourself a glass of wine and watch the stars come out, or head back into the living area to stretch out on a sofa and unwind in front of the TV. This cottage is perfectly placed for the town. Easy walking distance to beach, shops and chip shop. Its very well equipped and comfortable and cozy. Parking is a bonus. A few reviewers had a problem with it but with my medium SUV it was easy to park in the space. Nice new outside furniture. Recommended.

This was a well equipped, comfortable cottage for 4 adults in a perfect location near the quay, bars and shops. We enjoyed cooking in and eating out. If it is of any importance to guests the internet is poor, but I believe this is common in this area.

This cottage is in an excellent location in Wells being close to all amenities .The accommodation was comfortable and clean inside . There was a good range of equipment although no coffee maker and the non stick pans a bit tired. Didn't cook so can't comment on the oven etc. Bedding is feather so not suitable for people with allergies. The exteriRead moreor of the property is dirty .The windows etc need cleaning and the patio was overgrown with weeds when we arrived, although cleared later and the paving was dirty and the picnic table and wooden bench both dirty and uncomfortable making the sitting out space unusable. There is plenty of room for a small storage unit for furniture etc. in the yard. The under-stairs cupboard is blocked by the large heavy sofa and unless you are prepared to move it you can't get the things stored in it . Parking is in a shared space to the right of the cottage as you look at it .The space next to the cottage on the left is another property. There are two spaces . One is for Samphire and one for the cottage next door. Access is extremely difficult for anything other than a small car and made worse as the locals park across the access. On one occasion we were boxed in for the day as the neighbours had parked a third vehicle in the manoeuvring space and gone out for the day. All of the points I have made are recorded previously in the visitors book at the property over the years and have not been addressed. No welcome pack . Hide

Perfect holiday cottage, well positioned for the quay and town facilities. Everything within walking distance. An added bonus is off-road private parking. The facilities in the cottage are well thought out and presented with an added bonus of 2nd toilet. There is plenty of storage space throughout.
