This lovely property is only a few minutes walk from the quayside shops in the popular town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Corner Cottage has been completely renovated to include a new loft conversion which is accessed via its own staircase. The original building is over three storeys and there is a stunning view of Wells harbour from the second floor studio. With parking and a patio-style garden, this is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year. Shop/Pub: within walking distance

Wells is a popular town set behind a small harbour on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. It is possible to travel from the town by narrow-gauge steam railway to the sandy beach, which is backed by pine woods. The beach is one mile from the town and has a car park and tea rooms. It is an ideal location for a holiday at any time of the year and the area is famed for ornithology and has many excellent walks. Amenities in the town include amusements, great pubs, restaurants and many interesting shops.


We had an excellent week at the cottage. It is comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and was clean. It is close to the town, beach and quay walk. There is plenty to do nearby. Just great for a short holiday.

The property provided all that was needed for 6 adults in respect of space, comfort and warmth over the post-Christmas/New Year period, including the surprise welcoming gifts of a bottle of prosecco and a large box of chocolates, which were much appreciated. The main shopping areas and restaurants were all within walking distance, and there were great opportunities for walking.
