It is only a three minute walk to Stiffkey Marshes and the coast path; the local pub, which has WiFi access and serves food, and the village stores - are also only a short walk away. The Coast Hopper bus stop is only 50 yards away so this is an ideal property if you wish to leave the car at the property. Shop/Pub: within walking distance

The coastal village of Stiffkey is set in An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has one of the richest saltmarshes for wildlife in the country, providing excellent opportunities for both ornithology and walking. The sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells are just four miles along the coast and sailing is available at nearby Morston and Blakeney. Stiffkey has a shop and a pub which serves food, with further amenities available in the lovely Georgian town of Holt, which is seven miles away.
Excellent little cottage in a great location - pub and shop/coffee shop just a short walk away. Driveable to many coastal towns, great dog walks along the norfolk coastal path.
Quirky, compact cottage in a lovely situation, just minutes walk from Stiffkey salt marshes.
Well placed for walks over the marshes and close to Wells and Blakeney.
