Description
Courtyard Cottage was originally a small brick and flint barn which has been ingeniously converted to provide comfortable accommodation for two people. It is only a three minute walk to Stiffkey Marshes and the coast path; the local pub, which has WiFi access and serves food, and the village stores - are also only a short walk away. The Coast Hopper bus stop is only 50 yards away so this is an ideal property if you wish to leave the car at the property. Shop/Pub: within walking distance
Open Plan Room - three steps down to Sitting/Dining Area with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, table and chairs and electric living flame fire, three steps up to Kitchen Area with gas hob, electric oven, fridge with ice box and microwave

The coastal village of Stiffkey is set in An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has one of the richest saltmarshes for wildlife in the country, providing excellent opportunities for both ornithology and walking. The sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells are just four miles along the coast and sailing is available at nearby Morston and Blakeney. Stiffkey has a shop and a pub which serves food, with further amenities available in the lovely Georgian town of Holt, which is seven miles away.
