Bursting with character, this converted barn offers a beautiful escape for friends and families with its country-style decor, wood burner and exposed beams overhead. Cromer lies 5 miles away, offering a quintessential beach experience with its picturesque pier, blissful sands and tasty seafood offering.

As you step inside, a grand hallway greets you with plenty of space to put down your things. Designed in an upside-down fashion with the open-plan living room/dining room/kitchen on the first floor, you can head straight upstairs to find the main social space. The vaulted ceiling and exposed bricks create a warm and welcoming space to relax, with a large corner sofa providing plenty of space to kick back and relax with a film on the TV in the warmth of the wood burner. Around the corner is the dining table and kitchen, with modern finishes that blend seamlessly with the traditional style and ensure cooking up meals for large groups can be done with ease. From this space, you can access the two balconies to soak in the awe-inspiring views and dine al fresco. In addition, there is a mezzanine floor with additional seating accessed via a steep ladder where you can go for some peace and quiet. Downstairs are the three bedrooms, starting with the master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, with a style that is in keeping with the rest of the property and boasting an en-suite. Two further bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements, with a pale grey twin bedroom and a small double bedroom which share the family shower room.

Avid walkers will love a day spent on the Norfolk Coast Path (1 miles), with Cromer (5 miles) and Sheringham (10 miles) offering varying challenges and plenty of treats upon arrival. Overstand Cliffs is a fascinating sight to see, towering 70 metres into the sky and designated as a Site of Special Scientific interest due to the geology and biology of the area. Further south are a number of other excellent beaches to see including Trimingham Beach (2 miles) and Mundesley (3 miles).

We had a delightful holiday at Bridge Barn. The house is very comfortable and well equipped and in a quiet location convenient for Cromer and the beaches. We have happily rebooked for another year.

Comfortable property In lovely surroundings. Enjoyed views from open plan living area. Balcony well equipped and great to sit and enjoy sun, especially in early morning. Both bathrooms adequate but lack of toilet upstairs difficult for people in their eighties! Polite and helpful response from you when lights fused in kitchen area

Cosy, comfortable, well equipped, spacious barn. Lovely layout and plenty of space, perfect for a family with the extra space upstairs for older children to use. We have spent 2 Christmases at Bridge Barn and loved them both. Thoroughly recommended.
