The double bedroom to the front has en-suite facilities whilst the twin bedroom has use of the family bathroom. In the warmer months you can enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple in the courtyard garden and listen to the distant sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Shop/Pub: all within walking distance.

The vibrant Victorian seaside town of Sheringham, is popular with families and boasts a traditional high street - just a short walk from Sea Breeze. Home to one of Norfolk’s Blue Flag awarded beaches, which is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer months. The town itself has various attractions, independent cafes, pubs, restaurants, museums, theatres, as well as having a promenade to wander along whilst eating ice creams or just whiling away the day. Well worth a visit, is the wonderful Sheringham Park famous for its displays of rhododendrons and azaleas.
Sheringham is also the home of the Poppyline Railway, why not hop on the steam train and visit nearby Holt or in the weeks leading up to Christmas take a trip aboard Santa’s magical steam railway and visit Santa at his secret grotto, whilst enjoying some of Norfolk’s most beautiful winter scenery. The Poppyline also holds a number of events throughout the year including the hugely popular 1940’s weekend. Wells-next-the-Sea, Burnham Market and Brancaster are all located to the west with boutique shops, colourful beach huts, and stunning sandy beaches to be discovered.
Lovely property - well equipped and ideally based to explore Sheringham and the coastline. Highly recommend both the property and company - we have used both several times now and are very happy.
Unlike a lot of holiday accommodation on the market, this is a proper house and, as such Is comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and great location close (but not too close!) to the town centre. We loved the kitchen with a real dining table and solid, comfortable chairs to match. Fitting in a tumble drier, washing machine and dishwasher is impressive. Kitchen equipment was complete, unusually, with good-quality utensils, crockery and cutlery, even proper ice trays in the freezer. Fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch.All in all this is high-quality holiday accommodation at a reasonable price in a lovely seaside town - 2 minutes (literally!) walking to the beach, high-street or cliff-top walk was a real bonus for us and the dogs. Lovely !
