We've had a wonderful week in your comfortable and cosy cottage. We found everything we needed and even made use of the laundry facilities to save us a job when we got home. Our children have loved every minute they've spent in the pool, which was one of the reasons for choosing The Aldborough. We loved the walk from Overstrand to Cromer, both via the beach and the cliff park. Thank you for the walking routes folder, which we made great use of. Best meal was Sunday lunch at the Gunton Arms. Thank you and best wishes. The Poole Family - 28th October 2017
We've had a lovely stay in this very peaceful location. Our son loved the pool and we often had it all to ourselves. A few local highlights - Lovely lunch at the Rocket Cafe in Cromer overlooking the sea & pier. Great little beach at West Runton with rock pools and plenty of sand for sandcastles. Fun morning at Priory Maze & Gardens, getting thoroughly lost in the maze. Thanks for the fab place to stay. The Forster Party - 22nd September 2017
Our 2 year old loved his holiday here in The Aldborough - great location to see lots of different things. He particularly loved Bure Valley Railway and the North Norfolk Railway - he's obsessed with trains. Very handy having the pool and play area! Thank you.The Wiltshire Family - 1st September 2017
We've had a lovely week in this beautiful barn. We've had lots of fun in the pool. Many times we had it all to ourselves! A highlight of our week was a seal trip with Beans Boats. We saw loads of seals - it was amazing! Lots of fun rock pooling in Cromer and West Runton. Brilliant day out at Bewilderwood & Wroxham. We have been admiring your lovely driftwood decorations in the bedrooms and lounge. We have purchased some from the shops in Cromer to remind us of the holiday. Lovely fish and chips in Roughton for takeaway. Thank you and best wishes. The Abraham Party - 25th August 2017
We have had a lovely holiday at The Aldborough. We loved going to the beaches at Overstrand and Mundesley. We also enjoyed walking around Cromer exploring shops and visiting Felbrigg Hall. Our favourite thing to do was spending our time in the swimming pool. Thank you for the nice stay! The Allison Party - 11th August 2017
We enjoyed our stay at The Aldborough - it is in a great location to visit Norfolk's attractions. The play area and pool were a definite advantage, although the pool is a little on the cool side! The cottage is well equipped inclusive of a laundry area if required and tubs we could use for our pack ups were handy as we'd left ours at home. The Tutty Family - 4th August 2017
The cottage was comfortable, weather perfect. The pool was great but may we make a small suggestion for those of us who are more 'mature years' but still enjoy swimming - a rail going down the steps to the water would have made us feel more safe - once in it was lovely. We will be back. The Hilton Party - 16th June 2017
The barn is wonderful and very well equipped. It was cold on the first night but it warmed up by morning. We had a lovely time relaxing - the pool is great. We had lovely meals at the New Inn and Sophie adds a special charm with her quirky sense of humour. We also ate at the Sea Marge Hotel, in Overstrand, great meal and location. We will be back! The Cullis Family - 25th February 2017
We have had a lovely stay in Norfolk. The cottage was fantastic and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was an added bonus especially with our 3 year old. We had some great days out and would recommend a trip to Holkham House - there is a brilliant adventure play area and we had a lovely time walking around the park looking at the deer. Look forward to returning to Norfolk in the future. The Walker Family - 7th October 2016
Lovely location both on the site and to explore North Norfolk. The cottage was beautifully decorated and the pool was a huge asset for our young children, they loved it!Ms T Owen - 12th September 2016
Thoroughly enjoyed our short break, lovely location and great cottage! With a young family (4 year old and 7 month old) it can be a challenge to entertain, but the pool helped greatly. Having a cot/highchair available would have been an asset as space in the car was minimal for these items. Can recommend the North Norfolk Railway and the beach at Wells-next-the-sea for a great sandy, family friendly trip - it does take 45 minutes in the car. Our daughter Willow wishes to stay forever. The Owen Family - 10th September 2016
Totally enjoyed our stay here for a lovely weekend break. We all enjyed the pool - especially our just turned 4 year old. We enjoyed visiting all coastal areas of Norfolk from Great Yarmouth through to Hunstanton (via our way home) but particularly enjoyed the beaches in Mundesley (where I visited as a child), Wells-next-the-Sea and Cromer. Many memories relived and made in this beautiful area. You must have a Cromer Crab - delicious! Off on a steam train in Sheringham on our way home! The Darby Family - 5th September 2016
The property had everything needed for a family of 4, and the swimming pool was an extra bonus our grandaughter loved it.Mrs Susan Bros - 10th July 2016
