The cottage was very homely and met all the needs of the family from a good wifi set up and smart TV for the kids and a multifuel stove for cosy addition to heating. All was set up for us well and the cleanliness and neatness was very good. The cottage had rustic charm and there was a nice collection of info for us to look through referring to the Read morecottage history and surroundings. Our stay was at new year and we were walking distance along beach to enjoy the New Year's Day pier fireworks. The weather was wet and windy and we were thankful of warmth of cottage. East Runton was rather closed after new year but a good chip shop and coffee bar on doorstep. The local store had some local produce of good quality and was well stocked with a good range of essentials and more. A further stroll into West Runton is worth it on foot either via the beach or paths as the Village In pub was lovely. I suspect Summer very busy. Fantastic place. Hope to come back soon. Thank you for making it a great place to stay Hide

A cottage full of character but extremely practical: appliances simple to use and worked perfectly; plenty of storage space; big mugs; clear instructions! Lovely to have the stove. Extremely comfortable and spacious upstairs. A beautiful and peaceful place.

Lovely cosy cottage with everything you could need for a stay. Comfortable beds, powerful shower and comfy sofa. The wood burner is a great feature making for cosy nights in when the weather isn't great outside. Good location for walks to Cromer and Sheringham. Would stay here again.

A lovely relaxing week in your comfortable cottage. We spent some time on Sheringham beach, one day the sea mist came in but we had a lovely walk at Incleborough Hill into West Runton and had some great crab sandwiches at the Corner House on the green. Everyone we met were very friendly, A holiday to remember.

Off we travelled on our holiday date and found ourselves at the Cutty Sark gate. A fisherman cottage, small and neat with a big old fire to warm our feet. With low beam door I hit my 'bonce', I can tell you know it was more than once! Outside we roamed down to the beach, a walk to Cromer within easy reach. The cottage was pretty much as described in your website. A nice cottage within the area we wanted to stay. We were able to do walks directly from the cottage without using the car. The property was perfectly located for us in a quiet coastal village. The property was fully equipped for self catering and very comfortable. The log burner was an added bonus on a cold evening.

Property was beautiful but dropped a point as no full length mirror in property or blind on roof light window, leaving you feeling vulnerable from neighbouring property when standing in shower. Everything else superb.

The kitchen equipment could do with various items adding/renewing. Toilet seat downstairs needs tightening which we had to do ourselves luckily we had a spanner with us. Flooring wasn't that clean downstairs.
