Light and airy with a clean, minimalist style, this charming cottage is homely and welcoming from the moment you step inside. The open-plan kitchen and dining room is a sociable space with a contemporary kitchen in one corner, a breakfast bar overlooking the road, a family dining table, and a soft seating area. To chill out after dinner go through to the cosy lounge, which has a large corner sofa and a Smart TV with Freeview. There’s an outdoor table and chairs in the cottage storeroom opposite, so you can enjoy a sundowner in the fresh sea air before bed; you can also use this to safely store any beach equipment. When it’s time for bed, there are two attractively furnished bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin, along with a sleek family bathroom.

There’s plenty to do in Norfolk’s most popular seaside town without ever needing your car. Spend happy days on the beach, admiring the colourful beach huts, or learn to surf at the local surf school. Wander along the Grade II-listed pier and peer into the lifeboat viewing station. Or strike out along the Norfolk Coast Path. It’s a lovely walk to neighbouring Sheringham (5.5), where you can pick up the Poppy Line steam train to the Georgian market town of Holt or explore lovely Sheringham Park.

A great property right in the centre of town with very easy access to shops, beach, pier etc. The parking was a bit tight but good to have.

Ideal location with parking, eateries very close. Cromer has varied shops with good quality stock. Everything one could require, although the welcome information needed updating. The shower was so stiff we couldnt turn on or off, but on reporting this issue a plumber arrived. Excellent service.

The accommodation was excellent but we did have a problem with the shower which was VERY difficult to turn on and we had to turn off the bathroom radiator as it began vibrating very loudly. Apart from that, all was fine.

We had a very enjoyable holiday and thought the cottage was very comfortable and well-equipped. It was in a very convenient location, being only yards form the sea front and we were glad of the parking space outside. Although the property was in a very convenient location, every morning it was very noisy from about 6am onwards with bin-emptying. ThRead moree property was generally clean but the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and had used tissues and cleaning wipes in it. The company was quick to contact us regarding the issue with the drawer under the cooker. Hide
