Practical perfect in every way!! Loved its location and easy parking, very comfortable, everything you needed and so cosy after a brisk walk (to the seafront pub)! Coffee shop underneath was great and everyone so friendly in the Red Lion, recommend their cheesy chips. Fab record shop in town too. Warm and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Cromer. Good parking space. Lots of steps from carpark to house and more steps down to the town. Not an issue if you are fit. Reasonably quiet but expect a bit of traffic noise etc as you are in the middle of a busy town.

This was our second visit and again we couldnt fault anything. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. As we were here in mid October we had to use the heating & found it very efficient. We appreciated the washer dryer after getting very wet on a beach walk. We hope to be back next Autumn.

This is a lovely place to stay, tastefully furnished, comfortable and well equipped. We have stayed here before and will return as we have enjoyed it so much. The allocated parking space in the coop car park is great. A small issue with the parking was very quickly dealt with by the owner, so a big thank you for that

A well positioned holiday home with a much appreciated welcome pack enabling us to make drinks and have a snack after our long journey. Clear instructions for getting to the property, good parking arrangements, and with everything we needed. Cromer was a good base for what we wanted to do and see in the local area.
