Quietly situated in an idyllic rural position one mile from the town centre, this 200-year-old mill faces south and is located directly over the mill stream, offering glorious views of the surrounding countryside, and providing an ideal place to relax and unwind. This is the owner's much loved second home and is a quirky property with rural charm, but lacking in the more standardised, modern finish of many cottages. The individual, rustic nature of the building has been preserved with authentic wooden floors, exposed brickwork and beamed ceilings. Shop/Pub:1 mile.

Reepham is a small market town which has been designated a conservation area and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Impressive Georgian properties line the square and the town is unique in once having had three churches in one churchyard, of which two still remain, only yards apart. It is an ideal area for walking and cycling with the Marriott's Way on the outskirts of the town. The beautiful North Norfolk Coast, the renowned Broads and the fine city of Norwich are all just a short drive away. There are shops, pubs, which serve food, cafes in the town, with fishing, golf and horse riding available locally.
Beautiful house in beautiful location. Peaceful.
What a wonderful find Eades Mill was! Both spacious and cosy at the same time. We had a wonderful time enjoying the surroundings, watching the wildlife and generally relaxing in a peaceful setting. It's also fantastically located to visit many of the great places Norfolk has to offer but don't be surprised if you just want to stay put!
We loved staying in this lovely mill. It is so cozy, full of character, and felt like a home from home. Sitting by the stream in the garden was a delightful spot for sun downers on fine evenings. So peaceful and relaxing
This is a marvellous property, full of character, roomy and well-equipped. We enjoyed a peaceful week with walks along the many paths, visits to Reepham’s cafes and deli (an easy stroll along pleasant paths) and simply relaxing in all the comfort of this lovely mill, with the burble of water as continuous accompaniment. We’re hoping we can book again next year.
We had a fantastic time here and enjoyed staying at the cottage.
