Reepham is a small market town which has been designated a conservation area and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Impressive Georgian properties line the square and the town is unique in once having had three churches in one churchyard, of which two still remain, only yards apart. It is an ideal area for walking and cycling with the Marriott's Way on the outskirts of the town. The beautiful North Norfolk Coast, the renowned Broads and the fine city of Norwich are all just a short drive away. There are shops, pubs, which serve food, cafes in the town, with fishing, golf and horse riding available locally.

Staying in Eades Mill is a truly special experience

Mrs Maureen G,

Beautiful old mill - wonderful property with snug areas and loads of books, beautiful pictures and furnishings all of which we loved. Great grounds with table tennis table and swing which were both well used, as well as some out door games which we brought ourselves. Lovely local contact. A brilliant stay loved by elderly grandparents, myself and my nine year old son alike.

Mrs S H,

We all absolutely loved Eades Mill and everything about it. It has a wonderful atmosphere, and we immediately felt at home. Everything from the fairy lights to the wine and chocolates left for our arrival made us feel delighted that we had chosen this place for our weekend. And what a location! Amazing!

Ms Lisa B,

We had a fantastic time here and enjoyed staying at the cottage.
