Reepham is a small market town which has been designated a conservation area and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Impressive Georgian properties line the square and the town is unique in once having had three churches in one churchyard, of which two still remain, only yards apart. It is an ideal area for walking and cycling with the Marriott's Way on the outskirts of the town. The beautiful North Norfolk Coast, the renowned Broads and the fine city of Norwich are all just a short drive away. There are shops, pubs, which serve food, cafes in the town, with fishing, golf and horse riding available locally.

We all absolutely loved Eades Mill and everything about it. It has a wonderful atmosphere, and we immediately felt at home. Everything from the fairy lights to the wine and chocolates left for our arrival made us feel delighted that we had chosen this place for our weekend. And what a location! Amazing!Ms Lisa Bass - 13th October 2018
We really enjoyed our stay in such a quirky building, it was fantastic. The heating system was brilliant and so was the gorgeous log fire. Watching a heron walk underneath us (through the glass bit in the lounge) was amazing!Mrs Helen Lynch - 6th December 2017

We loved the accomodation, it was perfect for a mature hen weekend, I would love to see how beautiful it is in the summer but even in the winter it was fairly spectacular. The size was perfect and if rustic, character and quirkiness is what you wish for then I highly recommend it. We were able to eat out locally, visit our favourite location, Holkham, and have a night out in Norwich very easily - location is perfect! It was fantastic value for money. Linen was perfect. facilities were perfect.Mrs Charlotte-Natasha Mackinlay - 16th January 2017
