Here you will find open sandy heathland that is home to rare birds such as the Stone Curlew. The historic market town of Diss is only eight miles away or venture a little further to the cathedral city of Norwich where you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, theatres and museums. The area is great for walking and cycling, Thetford Forest, where you will find marked walks and cycle trails is also within easy reach.
