Its location in a quiet road, yet close to all of the amenities, including a local pub and delicious tearoom, make your holiday here even more special.

Stepping inside the cottage, the delightful lounge has plenty of seating, a wood burner and TV, providing a cheery, relaxing space to sit back and unwind after a wonderful day out. A doorway with low head height leads through to the kitchen/diner. The sweet oak dining table is to the side, perfect for enjoying meals together which you can cook in the stylishly arranged kitchen which benefits from skylights allowing light to stream in. Heading up the steep, narrow cottage-style stairs, the characterful first floor offers a soothing bathroom and two cheerful, relaxing double bedrooms with beams and low ceilings. Stepping outside, the fully enclosed back garden has a lawn, pretty borders and a decked area with dining furniture, making a lovely spot to sit outside with a morning coffee in the sunshine.

North Elmham lies between the town of Dereham (4.5 miles) and the picturesque market town of Fakenham (9 miles), both with a variety of fantastic shops, pubs and restaurants. There are some wonderful landmarks and attractions for all the family nearby including East Bilney Lakes, The Bug Parc, ROARR!, Elsing Hall, Gressenhall Farm and Workhouse, and the popular Pensthorpe Natural Park, all within 8 miles.

What a perfect base for a break exploring Norfolk. So lovely to be welcomed into the property by a lovely pumpkin display outside. Everything we needed and so many thoughtful touches making the stay that extra bit special. Great time had crabbing at Cromer and Blakney, an afternoon on The Broads, lots of lovely walks and excellent theme park rides Read moreat Great Yarmouth. Such a beautiful place for some peace and relaxation. Robin Cottage has everything you need, and that extra little bit of thought that goes into making a special stay. The Brisley Bell is a great place to eat, lovely friendly staff. The Railway Inn was also a good meal and both the chef and owner came to speak to us at out table. Cosy cottage well equipped in all parts of the accommodation. First class kitchen and very comfy bed . Easy journey to the coast and Norwich.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cosy cottage with us. You have thought of everything for a perfect stay! Highly recommend boating on The Broads at Wroxham and Sandringham is worth a visit. Food at The Railway and The Bell at Brisley both excellent. We hope to be back very soon.

Really lovely cottage, cosy & well equipped. Great location for Holkham, Sherringham and Cromer. Didnt get to eat locally but great pint at The Kings Head with spacious garden. Hope to be back before too long.

We had a lovely week and really enjoyed staying in Robin Cottage. Were really grateful to have had a fan in the front bedroom in the extreme heat. Our highlights have been Holkham Beach, Cley-on-sea, Wells (for crabbing!), Blakeny and boating on the Norfolk Broads. We also enjoyed a cycle around the woodland back in the village at the church. Lovely property, cottage very clean and well appointed. Very nice village, with good pubs to eat out, and a very good fish and chip shop. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely and much needed break here in Norfolk. A great cottage with welcome added extras e.g. Alexa, but a fan would have been helpful in this extreme heat (owner a fan has now been supplied). We visited many interesting places e.g. Holkham, Hunstanton and Sculthorpe Mill. Thank you again for letting us enjoy this lovely cottage, this isnt my first time here and I still want to come back. We spent the day on Holkham Beach in 34C! We both managed a swim and sunburn! We stopped for a drink at The Kings Head pub and we had dinner at The Brisley Bell! Both were lovely and everyone was very friendly! Our second day was slRead moreightly cooler we drove to Cromer and had tea and cake in the Hatters Tea Room!
