Wayfarers Cottage is a very pleasant converted stable, which retains many original features. It is located next to a small wooded area on the owner's working farm, with access on request to their one acre attractive garden, which is home to waterfowl and free-roaming peafowl. It provides very comfortable, attractively furnished accommodation, which is all on one level, making it suitable for the less able. Shop: 1 mile Pub: 1 mile

Mattishall lies in the very heart of Norfolk, central to many of the county's attractions. There are a number of footpaths in the area with both fishing and golf available within four miles of the village. The market town of Dereham is five miles away and offers a good range of shops, restaurants and pubs as well as having a cinema and a sports centre. Mattishall itself has village shops, and the nearest pub is The Swan.
