Nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Primrose Green one mile south of Lyng, this single-storey barn conversion offers a wonderful escape to the country. Surrounded by farmland in the heart of the Wensum Valley, this wheelchair-accessible property is ideal for couples and small families looking for a tranquil base. When you’re not relaxing in the lounge or soaking up the sun in the shared garden, head out to explore on foot, by bike or on horseback, or catch supper with a fishing trip along the river.

We are fairly new to cottages having camped for 63 years and The Orchard was only our 3rd. It was fantastic compared with the first 2. Everything we could wish for. I took many things which were provided there so I didn't need to. We had a lovely holiday.
