Ludham is a very attractive Broads village with a magnificent church. The local amenities are very good and the village enjoys great access to the river, ideal for bringing your own boat or hiring one locally. The coast is a short distance and easily accessible and your have a choice of heading for the quieter sandy beaches of Winterton or Sea Palling or the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. Wroxham is a short drive as is the award winning attractions of Bewilderwood and Wroxham Barns. This is a great location for adults and children alike with much to enjoy in the area.
My husband and I just want to thank the owners of this wonderful Maltings cottage, for a delightful stay. We found the cottage enchanting with all the little stuffed creatures and other adorable decorations. The cottage was lovely to look at and wonderful to live in with everything supplied that you could ever need. Our favourite day was our last full day as we rented a boat for £75 and had a wonderful sun filled day on the water. (Maycraft) What a remarkable place. We will definitively book again. We can't wait !
Thanks so much for this well stocked and well attended cottage. We had cool weather so were grateful for the wealth of heating at the touch of a switch. This is a lovely spot. Our visiting granddaughter loved the horse & ducks ! Really enjoyed the various birds and residents. Great tit family in the bird box.
