Limpenhoe is a small village south east of Norwich on the edge of The Norfolk Broads. The village of Reedham with its famous chain ferry across the River Yare is only 1.7 miles away and the beautiful beaches of the East Coast are a short drive. Limpenhoe is an ideal location for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and fishermen.  There are two long distance footpaths and two local fishing lakes easily accessible from the village.  Strumpshaw Fen RSPB reserve is only 4 miles away and to the east explore Berney Marshes and Breydon Water only accessible on foot.  This ideal location will make a relaxing break at any time of the year.

The property itself was perfect & the location was beautiful. The property owners Pat & Brian were warm and welcoming, the makings of a wonderful holiday.

Miss B,

This was a great base for exploring the area. Very quiet and peaceful location. Comfortable accommodation and friendly and helpful hosts. We loved the donkey.

Mr D,

Lovely position. Small but perfectly formed. Just what was needed as a base to explore the Broads. Good friendly hosts and delightful horse and donkey.

Mrs H,

This is a really well-designed studio for two people, in a pretty and peaceful location. Very comfortable and well-equipped, with lovely hosts. Near beautiful and interesting parts of the Broads and very near railway stations for Norwich and Great Yarmouth.

Mrs R,

Excellent hosts loved their donkey and my labradoodle loved it all very comfortable and clean.

mrs S,

Lovely studio property in a tranquil setting overlooking an ancient church. We brought our bikes along and plotted two great days' rides (virtually flat) stopping for pub lunches (of course). Property is equidistant to Norwich, Great Yarmouth and the Broads so plenty of choice of things to do. Enjoy the sun setting over the church of an evening with a glass of something on the terrace. Very friendly hosts Pat and Brian.

Mr A,

It was very good that the owner of the property lived on the site and so could, and did, provide great help, advice and support.

mr C,
