Horning is nestled alongside the River Bure in the heart of The Broads National Park. A holiday here offers great variety for all ages, visit local nature reserves, try your hand at fishing, walk through stunning countryside, or hire craft for sailing, kayaking or canoeing to other parts of The Broads network, stop on the way and picnic on the banks of the river. Visit the bustling village of Wroxham whilst you are here and take a steam train ride along the Bure Valley to Aylsham; go on market day if you can. The coastal stretch between Sea Palling and Winterton-on-Sea is under half an hour away and offers wide stretches of sandy beaches often unpopulated, even in the summer and the cultural delights of Norwich are also within easy reach, making Horning an all year round holiday location.
This property is excellent. We've been before and will certainly be returning soon
Had a great week staying here. Hired a boat; it is an ideal base to explore from. Would highly recommend to anyone to come and stay. See you in the future!
Thank you Marina Outlook. With 2 tiny teenies the balcony could have not been more perfect! We've had great weather, a great apartment and a brilliant time. We had a slight mishap with the keys but the owners were fantastic, so helpful and patient, shout out to the cleaner too who got to us so quickly - thankyou!! All in all a great holiday.
Thank you for a beautiful week at Marina Outlook, sitting on the balcony in the glorious weather, you forget you are in the UK. The view of the river and the marina in the distance makes the atmosphere very peaceful. Spent several days on a boat visiting Wroxham, Ludham Bridge and Coltishall with some good pub lunches. The best pub is right here, The Ferry Inn, good for food, drink and the entertainment of watching the little day boats coming and going. A very comfortable stay here, the apartment is so well equipped, a real home from home.
Had a fab two weeks! The apartment is lovely. Very clean, with named cleaning products ( a nice touch! ) So nice we relaxed immediately.
A fabulous stay at Marina Outlook. The apartment is perfect, clean and very well equipped. The balcony is the perfect place to have breakfast and evening drinks, very peaceful. Would recommend to anyone. Enjoyed a day cruiser, the cycle rides, visiting The Broads and the beautiful villages in the area.
It is our first visit to The Norfolk Broads and now we wonder why. We have had a fantastic time, the weather was kind to us and we couldn't believe our luck when we went to Horsey Beach and saw the seals just lying there! The balcony is amazing and we spent many hours admiring the view.
You have a lovely apartment, with everything we needed, very comfortabe and clean. We had a great time, the balcony is fantastic and we felt very much at home. It was a shame the week went so quickly. Thank you and we hope to visit again.
