Oakdene is a single storey extension attached to the owner's home. It is equipped and finished to a high standard, and with two en suite bedrooms this is a great property for friends enjoying time together. There is a tennis court nearby and you have use of the owner's landscaped garden where you may meet their two friendly dogs who also live here. Shop: 1.8 mile Pub: 1.5 miles

Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Access is through the owner's garden. Dogs are not permitted at the property, however you will come into contact with the owner's friendly dog who lives next door. Mobile signal weak.
Great Plumstead is a small rural village just five miles east of the cathedral city of Norwich and is centrally located for enjoying the diverse range of attractions in the area including the Broads. Meander by boat through the waterways and enjoy lunch at one of the numerous riverside pubs. The East Coast is just a short distance away with its sandy beaches and the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. Norwich with its culture, castle, theatre, cafes and shopping opportunities is not to be missed. The area is excellent for enjoying bird watching and exploring wildlife at a wide variety of fens including our own adopted charity, Wheatfen.
The property was beautifully appointed with everything you could wish for. Despite being attached to Maggie & Simon's house, the thoughtful way they had created the garden, provided privacy. Maggie & Simon were excellent hosts, available but not intrusive.
Excellent accomodation in the best location for us.
