If you are looking for a holiday home with the wow factor you have found it. Set over four floors, Cubitts is a superb conversion of Ebridge Mill dating back to the 1800’s. The main living and sleeping accommodation are on the top two floors and you will be bowled over by the fabulous views that overlook the canal, water meadows and fishing pond below, where otters and kingfishers are amongst the varied wildlife to spot in the area. Fishing by licence is permitted and the pond is stocked with Pike, Tench and Bream. The property retains plenty of character showcasing beams and original iron works and is presented to a high standard. There is an impressively large open plan living space on the third floor, balconies to enjoy the views, super king beds and en-suite bathrooms – all needs are catered for and this great house has plenty of space for two families or family and friends holidaying together. Dogs are welcome at the property too and Bacton Woods is close by, perfect for a quiet stroll or picnic. Shops/Pubs: within walking distance

White Horse Common is an attractive rural hamlet situated 2 miles east of the market town of North Walsham. It is an ideal location from which to explore the north Norfolk coast, The Broads National Park, the historic city of Norwich and the Weavers Way is also easily accessible. Within a short drive you will find the coastal village of Mundesley with its sandy, Blue Flag beach, village shops and a good gastro pub, The Ship Inn. To the south, seek out Happisburgh beach with its iconic red and white lighthouse and Horsey beach to visit the local seal colony. Golf, tennis and squash can be found in the seaside town of Cromer and whilst there, take in a show on the Pier and stop for some tasty fish and chips to eat, in traditional fashion, sitting on the sea wall. Less than half an hour away is Blickling Hall and its park, home of Anne Boleyn, it is now owned and run by the National Trust and makes a fascinating day out.
WOW! What an amazing place this is - world class facilities! We have had the best time; a little slice of heaven on earth! Everything you need and more. We celebrated a fab 30th birthday here!! Everything is 5 star! I was so happy I even jumped in the kale - eeeep cold! I work as an Actor and even managed to audition via Zoom for a movie on this amazing WiFi!! Top class - we shall definitely return here with more family and friends! Very sad to leave!
We absolutely loved our stay! The property has so much space, it’s so peaceful and in such a great location with the river on the doorstep. We took our inflatable boats and we could jump straight into the water which was fab!
