Walcott cottages

Walcott is an excellent location for a seaside holiday, it has a wonderful sandy beach which is dog free during the summer season and perfect for a long romantic walk in winter to blow the cobwebs away - remember to wrap up warmly!

It is situated on the North Norfolk coast between Mundesley & Happisburgh and is the only point on the coastal road where the road actually runs along the edge of the sea. At Happisburgh you can see the famous colourful oldest working light in East Anglia and it is the only independent run lighthouse in Great Britain. The village has a number of shops and a pub which serves good food, with further facilities available either in Stalham, four miles away, the traditional market town of North Walsham, six miles away or the larger seaside holiday destination of Cromer found eleven miles away.
