Upon entering, you can climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Set beneath a vaulted ceiling with original timber beams, this bright and airy room provides ample space for socialising and resting. To one side, the practical kitchen has everything you need to create culinary delights for everyone to enjoy together at the dining table which sits adjacent to windows that overlooks the river below. The other end of the room contains the comfortable lounge space which has a Smart TV. Downstairs, the two delightful bedrooms await: a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Outside, there are two spaces, a balcony on the first floor, and a quiet patio on the bottom floor which both have seating so you can watch the comings and goings of the waterways.

Set in a pretty corner of the Norfolk Broads, you will find exploring this diverse area easy. The nearby village of Smallburgh (1.5 miles) has plenty of amenities if you’re looking to grab some essentials or have a bite to eat. Explore wildlife at Bure Marshes National Nature Reserve (11 miles) or visit the classic seaside resort of Cromer (16 miles).
