This is a delightful countryside escape which provides a comforting and relaxing base for exploring the local area. We took day trips in every direction and it was fantastic to be able to visit local towns, various locations on the coast and the broads. Norwich was in pretty ease reach as well, but we did not make it that far. The property itself iRead mores tastefully decorated in a style that both fits the location and that of a break away from home. The kitchen diner downstairs is a lovely place to spend the first hour of your day with a sensibly sized fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and drink making facilities all while enjoying the views of garden and grounds outside. The lounge area is a great place to plan your day and relax in after a day out. The bedroom area then awaits you for a relaxing night, before you head to the en-suite to begin your next day. The owner was in touch prior to our arrival to make sure we knew how to access the property and the little welcome gift was a lovely touch to start our vacation. We could come and go as we pleased, but had contact details should we have had an issues. We took our time to try and choose a nice property for our week away and we certainly were not disappointed with our selection. Hide

Lovely comfortable, well-equipped cottage, very friendly reception from Carol and a fantastic location to explore some of Norfolks lesser known, but beautiful beaches (where our dog, Pippin, lived his best life!) . We definitely intend to return.

I would absolutely recommend this place and would come again, the cottage feels like home from home, and Carol is a fantastic host. The property is immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable, within a short drive to beautiful beaches.

This was our 2nd stay at Knapton Hall, but our first in the annexe. It was delightful! Carol was on hand to answer any questions or recommend places to eat, but was never intrusive. The garden is gorgeous for relaxing in, after being out and about in the mornings. I highly recommend this property and we shall definitely be back in the not too disRead moretant future! Hide

Knapton Hall annex is situated in a lovely peaceful village, not far from shops and coastline with lots of other things to see nearby. The bed is comfy, bathroom spacious and clean, the TV/wifi is good, everything worked as it should and the Host was friendly, although the annex is attached to their home I was left alone to enjoy the peace, as I waRead morented. You do need to take your own, kitchen roll, bin bags, dishcloth etc for this property. If you enjoy listening to bird song in the morning and having lovely views from the bedroom windows this Annex will make you happy. Hide

Lovely stylish and comfortable apartment. Owners friendly and helpful. Wine, nibbles and milk on arrival much appreciated. Good location for exploring the North Norfolk coast. Beautiful enclosed garden and outdoor pool which in October, not made use of but must be lovely in Summer months. Hope to stay again.

What a charming location the holiday cottage/annex is, set within a gated court yard and parking right outside your door. A beautiful modern well appointed kitchen and a lovely welcome pack wine, Amaretto biscuits, coffee and milk, it was lovely to sit and have breakfast and evening meal if staying in. The living accommodation was up stairs with Read morethe bedroom just off it, Freeview TV and good WiFi, the bed was a game of two halfs, I loved the extra thick topper great to sink into but my other half would have preferred a harder bed, but wouldnt stop him going back. The swimming pool albeit not heated was a welcome bonus as it was 31 degrees! and once in the water it was lovely, the pool was also nice to sit around reading or having a beer or two. Pool towels also left out by the thoughtful owners. A beautiful walled garden was a great area to sit and relax. The small village is very quiet and secluded but a visit to Norwich, The Broads and small villages including Holt all within half an hours drive with the coast 3 mile away or a 5 min drive. All in all loved it and the owners Carol and Steve very welcoming and on hand if anything needed and useful information on days out. Would definitely recommend and return another time maybe with the family to the adjacent cottage. Hide
