Binham is a peaceful village that retains all the charm and character of a bygone age. It boasts a well-stocked shop and a much-loved pub, and also the remains of an early 12th-century Benedictine priory, where classical concerts are held throughout the summer. For sailing or walking, the picturesque village of Blakeney, which slopes down to a tidal creek, is just 4 miles, while Wells-next-the-Sea is only 5 miles.

Lovely house in an amazing location. Beds were really comfortable, nice to have fluffy white towels. Very short walk to nice pub with great food, well worth a stroll up to the Parlour for breakfast.

The property is in a good location, Binham has good local amenities (pub, shop, dairy shop etc) and the property is quite spacious with access to a lovely communal garden. Some of the furniture is looking a bit tired, curtains in the main bedroom don't open and close properly (the track isn't heavy duty enough for the weight of the curtains) and bRead moreetter outside chairs would be nice. Please note: 1) the entry steps/threshold are awkward for mobility-limited 2)the armchairs are 'worn out' and uncomfortable/difficult 3) it was unseasonably cold and the heating was 'barely adequate' 4) the duvet was too small for the bed We would be happy to book with you again

Surprised at not having even the most basic welcome pack. This did indeed surprise the owner when we spoke to him. I think by now that all instructions for appliances should be available. Information on fuse boxes should be available. In our case it took 7 hours to Reconnect with electricity. The tap for the sink in the kitchen was not fitteRead mored properly and consequently was dangerous because of the extreme heat of the water. None of the waste bins had been fitted with bags and neither were there any laundry bags for when we left. On the plus side the beds were very comfortable and the shower room was excellent The grounds were lovely and it was nice to be able to sit outside There was no lack of kitchen utensils or crockery or cutlery Our earlier comments wouldnt deter us from a return visit at sometime. Stylish property. Beds clean and comfortable. Looks out over a well tended and beautiful garden. Comfort- settles and chairs in lounge very low and not particularly comfortable. Curtains in front bedroom and at French doors didnt close properly. On your listing you state no stairs-whilst there are no stairs in flat 1 there are steps to access theRead more communal front door and inner door. Please be clear about this as it caused us an issue. Car parking was also an issue. It is recommended that cars are parked to the rear of the property alongside the tennis courts but if you have a larger car the width of the path to access the parking area is prohibitive. Hide

This property is very lovely and would be rated very highly by us except that the bedroom curtains would not close at all, there are shutters so we were alright. We discovered that the owner had been notified by the last tenant after another resident on the site had said she would Email him. It would have been better if we had been told of this.
