Thornham is a quiet picturesque village that forms part of the conservation area on the North West Norfolk Coast. There is a wide sandy beach and a small harbour, both of which form part of a local nature reserve. There are some excellent pub/restaurants in the village one of which won Good Pub Guide's Dining Pub of the Year 2017. The coastal town of Hunstanton is just four miles away, it has a sandy beach and many attractions for children. The Coast Hopper bus can take you to Wells, the RSPB reserve at Titchwell and villages including Brancaster and Burnham Market, an excellent opportunity to leave the car behind and enjoy the scenery.
Our time here has been a blessing beyond imagination, lots of sunshine and lots of walks. Thank you for letting us stay so long.

Lovely cottage, well equipped and exceptionally well presented, lots of personnel touches. We have very much enjoyed being in walking distance of the pubs (although still chilly outside) and to be able to walk to the beach from the front door. Excellent accommodation. Looking forward to a meal this evening at The Jolly Sailors.
Wonderful comfortable house, with all you could possibly need creature comfort wise. Have slept so well and thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Thornham, but i'm sure it won't be our last. would certainly recommend The Old Garage...Thank you

Excellent home with lots of space and full of everything we could need and more. Favorite food places..White horse, Deli shop and Eric's fish and chips.
We thoroughly recommend the Old Garage. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable and presented with real care. All 3 pubs within short walking distance, also can walk easily from the door along the bank to the beach. Small but pleasant front garden, very secure for our small dog.
