Families and friends will enjoy this carrstone cottage tucked away on a quiet lane in the heart of the village. An all year round bolthole; snuggle down in the cosy sitting room by the log burner, your four-legged friends at your feet. The cottage itself is well equipped and has two double bedrooms with both double and twin beds suitable for both adults or children.  The conservatory/dining area is great for all year round dining, with French doors that open up to the garden, perfect for summer days and 'al-fresco' dining. With local shops on your doorstep, and the acclaimed Rose and Crown Pub/Restaurant a short walk away; The Hollies is an ideal escape where you can enjoy a relaxing break on Norfolk’s spectacular coastline. 

Why not explore the RSPB Nature Reserve at nearby Snettisham beach, with both shingle and sandy beaches it is less than two miles away. Enjoy dog-friendly beaches and spectacular evening sunsets at nearby Heacham and the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton. Shop/Pub: all within walking distance.

The delightful village of Snettisham has something for everyone, lovely walks, shops, restaurant, two pubs and for youngsters there is a play area close by. On the outskirts of the village you will discover Park Farm where children can enjoy feeding the lambs in the Spring or join the Reindeer Safari and feed the local herd. The Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is a really fun place to visit; just a few miles away by car or regular bus service – great for sand castles, rock-pooling or visit the fairground. With an indoor swimming pool at the leisure centre and the popular Sea Life Centre are great all year round attractions for the whole family.

Ornithologists can enjoy the RSPB Nature Reserves at Snettisham beach; often featured on Spring Watch, it is spectacular for bird watching, with bird filled lagoons and shingle beaches to explore. Just a few miles away is Sandringham House; the Queen’s Norfolk Home with its stunning gardens, woodland walks and an adventure playground for youngsters to explore, year round fun for all.
