A luxurious and romantic former Gate House on the Sandringham Estate, Park Lodge is simply stunning and full of charm and character. Having been sympathetically restored and winner of prestigious Design Awards this is a wonderful opportunity to share in the delight and wonder of a Grade II Listed Building.  Park Lodge is an attractive detached lodge with original carrstone shale exterior with grey slate roof, typical of the nearby Sandringham properties. Many beautiful features have been cleverly retained, there is a feeling of space and tranquillity with high ceilings and opulent chandeliers which further enhance the atmosphere.

Perfect for two couples or families, there is ample living space with a second double bedroom and family bathroom downstairs. The cosy sitting room has a Smart TV with Sky package, stone fireplace with log burner and a ground floor luxury double bedroom and bathroom. The bespoke hand built kitchen sits nicely in the open plan kitchen/dining space; a blend of old and new, with modern touches and appliances. With a stylish duck egg blue electric Aga and an on trend ‘Smeg’ fridge the kitchen opens into the relaxing dining space, home to the second log burner and farmhouse style dresser which overlooks the sheep field.

Close the wooden window shutters and enjoy a cosy night in, perhaps with your favourite novel. Climb the stairs to the first floor - the pinnacle of this beautiful lodge to discover a luxury master bedroom with large king size bed.
