Ringsted is popular village with a village store and great gastro pub within walking distance. Just a few miles to the coast and the very popular Old Hunstanton beach known for its gorgeous stripy cliffs, beach huts and vast sandy beach and sand dunes. The area attracts water sport enthusiasts particularly kite and wind surfers, there is even a school if you wish to book a lesson. During your stay why not catch the sun meeting the sea, the west coast of Norfolk is great for catching those evening sunsets, Snettisham and Heacham beaches are particularly good spots. Heacham also has a fun indoor play centre for young children, farm yard and Norfolk Lavender centre to explore. Take a trip to Wells-next-the-Sea a coastal town little independent shops and eateries. Or head to Burnham Market or Holt to explore the galleries, antiques, boutique shops and restaurants. If your eyes like the skies there is great birdlife with RSPB sites such as Titchwell and Cley-next-the-Sea further around the coast. Whatever you decide to do the Norfolk Coast has plenty to see and do!
