Description

Ladybird Cottage built in the late 19th Century is an attractive ‘upside down’ cottage, neatly tucked away in a quiet location in the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton. This fabulous ‘dog-friendly’ cottage is well equipped and offers spacious accommodation over two floors. The upper floor is an open-plan living space with cosy log burner. Open up the French doors and enjoy the views from the Juliette balcony. This room with dining and kitchen areas is great for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms, the master suite can double as a family room with French doors leading onto the garden, The second bedroom has full size twin beds, overlooking the south facing garden.  Ladybird Cottage is a great base for families to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday with local beaches and fun places to visit all year round. Hunstanton has an indoor swimming pool and leisure centre and a popular Sea Life Centre straight off the beach. With a choice of restaurants, local theatre and the popular Sea Life Centre there is plenty to see and do all year round.

Open-plan Living Area with Sitting Area with Juliette balcony overlooking the garden, comfortable seating comprising two sofas and two armchairs. Woodburner, TV with Freesat and Sky package, CD player, DVD player.

Kitchen with built-in electric oven with grill, gas hob, larder fridge, dishwasher and microwave. (Separate freezer and washing machine are located downstairs in the under stair cupboard along with the gas boiler).

Garden: Enclosed south facing garden with table, chairs and garden bench.
Parking: Driveway with parking for 2 cars.
Heating: Gas central heating and woodburner.

Hunstanton is a popular Victorian seaside town with long sandy beaches and a backdrop of distinctive striped cliffs. Hunstanton town offers a host of activities for the family including a Sea Life Centre, bowling green, sport and leisure centre with swimming pool and many more sea side attractions. Old Hunstanton is a picturesque village within walking distance. There are sandy beaches with sand dunes and beach huts, a favourite amongst families. Also popular with water sport enthusiasts, so bring your colourful kite, windsurfers or why not book a day’s tuition? Tee off at Heacham Manor where there is an eighteen-hole golf course or why not treat yourself to a meal or relaxing spa treatment. The coastal path has lots to explore and is great for walking and bird-watching.
