The Olde Dairy is an attractive barn conversion constructed of traditional Norfolk Carrstone and located just a few minutes walk from South Beach boasting the most spectacular sunsets. This tasteful and elegant conversion provides a picturesque and idyllic base for exploring the North Norfolk Coastline. The accommodation has beautiful vaulted exposed beams with a double height main living room with wrought iron spiral staircase leading to a galleried mezzanine level; perfect for chilling out with your favourite novel. The feature woodburner provides a cosy and intimate atmosphere; perfect for romantic getaways any time of year and with an open-plan dining space wonderful for dining with good friends. Being on one level this wonderful space is easily accessible; the open plan living/dining area includes a magnificent floating woodburning stove and the the beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with all ‘mod-cons’. With two double bedrooms “The Olde Dairy” is ideal for two couples or families who are happy to share. In the warmer months throw open the french doors and enjoy al-fresco dining in the mediterranean garden area or simply relax on the sun loungers and plan the next day’s adventures.

This spacious retreat is perfectly placed to explore the nearby beaches with stunning sunsets which are just a five minute walk away. The village itself stretches the length from South to North Beach, where you can then pick up the promenade and continue your coastal adventure along the promenade to Hunstanton. Heacham is a fabulous village, popular with locals and holiday makers alike the village offers a variety of shops including a supermarket, bakery, chemist, beach cafe’s and fish and chip shops. There are three pubs to choose from and bicycle hire facilities too at the popular High Street shop. On the outskirts of the village discover Norfolk Lavender with gift shops, farm shop and tea room with restaurant. Youngsters can enjoy a visit to Farmer Fred’s indoor play barn or visit the the small animal farm with outdoor play area where little ones can let off steam. Hunstanton is a great day out for the whole family with a wide variety of shops and amenities Tesco supermarket including a bowling alley just off the promenade, visit the Sea Life Centre and Leisure centre too with swimming pool and fun slide. Adults may prefer a more serene afternoon spent having coffee or lunch at the local wine bar or popping into the Deli for supplies perhaps after a gentle stroll along the sea front and visiting the esplanade gardens. Wildlife enthusiasts are spoilt for choice with two RSPB Centres to visit a nearby Snettisham and Titchwell, a little further around the coast is renowned for being an area of Natural outstanding beauty with coastal paths and salt marshes to explore.
