4 Church Terrace is a pretty flint and brick terraced cottage decorated in an individual and attractive Shaker style, 'a touch of New England in Norfolk'. The accommodation is compact, very comfortable and benefits from an enclosed garden and off-road parking. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles

Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Mobile signal - variable. There is no wi-fi available.  Please note that the duvets and pillows are feather-filled. The property is best suited to a couple and two children or just a couple due to the limited space. There are steep stairs in keeping with the age of the property.  There is no shower.  The cottage fronts on to the main village street and traffic noise may be audible at times.

Docking is a well located North Norfolk village surrounded by unspoilt countryside, providing easy access to the area's country and coastal attractions. It is four miles from the splendid sandy beach at Brancaster with the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton seven miles away. The beaches at Heacham, Holme, Holkham and Wells harbour are all nearby and there are also many bird reserves in the area. The village has a large general store, a pub, a fish and chip shop and a cafe. There is also a large playing field with a tennis court.
