There are many fine examples of the local carrstone and flint architecture to be found within this thriving village which is rich in history. A good choice of local beaches, the nearest at Snettisham is only two miles away, with the coastal resorts of North and West Norfolk readily accessible. The area offers good walking and cycling opportunities and if ornithology is a passion then Dersingham boasts its own English Nature Reserve, with Holme-next-the-Sea's Norfolk Wildlife Trust, and Titchwell and Snettisham's RSPB Reserves only a short drive or bus ride away. The village has a wide variety of high quality shops including a supermarket, chemist, an award-winning butcher, as well as Thaxters Garden centre and coffee shop and local pubs serving food.

Reviews

Bramley Cottage is a charming and comfortable holiday home situated in the pretty village of Dersingham. The owner of Bramley Cottage could not have been more welcoming and helpful to us. Highly recommended.

Mr Christopher Moore,

My twin brother and myself are at the moment (17-24th March 18) staying in the delightful Bramley Cottage.Dersingham Ref:1486 It is our fourth visit to this cottage and it is our most favourite place to stay. From the moment you step through the door the property invites you in to a homely atmosphere. It is clean and fully equipped for everyone. Tastefully decorated and set on a nice quiet corner of the village. All ameneties are conveniently at hand and wonderful Norfolk to explore! We arrived on Saturday in arctic conditions and soon were warm as toast in front of the log fire and were relaxing! On our summer visits there is a garden to sit in. Ideal for families to. On this stay we have enjoyed watching the Hares and curlew in the field behind us through the back window. Again if you are a bird watcher this is the perfect place to be based. But most of all is the warm friendly welcome from the owners. We love staying here.

The Moore Party,

We've had a wonderful week at Bramley Cottage. Enjoyed our visits to Sandringham. Holkham Hall, Oxborough Hall and Blickling Hall. Seal watching at Morston and long walks on Holkham beach. Thank you. Thank you also for the welcome pack

The Semmons Party,

Our third visit to Bramley Cottage. We have enjoyed beautiful autumnal Norfolk. A nice relaxing week. This little gem of a cottage is our favourite holiday base, so comfy and homely. Thank you.

The Moore Party,
