Dersingham nestles in the embrace of the Royal Estate of Sandringham and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and woodland. There are many fine examples of the local carrstone and flint architecture to be found within this thriving village which is rich in history. A good choice of local beaches, the nearest at Snettisham is only two miles away, with the coastal resorts of North and West Norfolk readily accessible. The area offers good walking and cycling opportunities and if ornithology is a passion then Dersingham boasts its own English Nature Reserve, with Holme - Norfolk Wildlife Trust, Titchwell and Snettisham - RSPB reserves a short distance away. The village has a wide variety of local shops and two pubs, which serve food.

“We had a lovely week at The Old Hall in Dersingham. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well-designed with thoughtful touches, useful information and extras such as games and books. The property is easy to access, well-located in a picturesque village a stone's throw from Sandringham and has a beautiful garden. Highly recommended!”

Vikki P,

The Old Hall is a wonderful home from home experience. The location is excellent for the north Norfolk coastal areas.

Simon W,

A lovely property, exactly as described and in a good location for visiting other local areas.

Ms Margaret P,

Old Hall is a beautiful and very spacious property. It has many delightful old features, a superb garden and impressive yet comfortable rooms. Parking is easy and the kitchen has alll the equipment needed. Maintenance of the property is excellent throughout. Getting into the property is slightly tricky with a security door and code, and then a key to another door, but once used it's easy to manage. There is a road beside the property, but it's not busy and there's very little noise.

Mr Steve W,
