7 Dormy House is part of a former Country House Hotel. This lovely property has been converted into very attractive apartments. Number 7 is deceptively spacious, with accommodation over two floors, the main living areas and two bedrooms and two shower rooms are in the first floor, then climb the stairs to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. This is a super property for families or a group of friends, there are spacious gardens to enjoy and Brancaster's fabulous sandy beach and Royal West Norfolk Golf Club are only a short walk away. Shops: 0.25 miles Pub: 0.12 miles.

Brancaster and neighbouring Brancaster Staithe are lovely coastal villages, which have much to offer, making them ideal holiday locations at any time of the year. There is a wonderful sandy beach, numerous coastal and countryside walks, a golf course, a tennis court and excellent sailing from Brancaster Staithe. There are three well known pubs The Jolly Sailors, The Ship and The White Horse within the two villages which serve food, or you can buy locally caught sea food. The lovely village of Burnham Market is just a short drive away with its excellent range of shops, restaurants and pubs. The area abounds with numerous opportunities for bird watchers with the RSPB reserve at Titchwell two miles away, which can be reached on foot along the coast path. Boat trips to Scolt Head and sailing are available at Brancaster Staithe.


We thought it was a very good apartment for the family, very spacious, secure and clean. Residents were friendly and didn't seem to mind our noisy children ! Really liked the provision of board games, good wi-fi, netflix and nintendo and multiple usb points for recharging i-pads etc. Very useful for keeping kids occupied on rainy days. Some electrical points need looking at though and some windows don't close properly. Lovely gardens which were well kept. Would recommend

Property is ideal for families. Close to the beach (no main roads to cross) - 15minute walk down the dyke. Car Park for beach only 200yds from it & excellent kiosk. Handy for buses to Wells and Hunstanton. Well equipped kitchen and games and books for the children.
