Keswick is a small village only 3 miles south of the city of Norwich which is justifiably proud of its heritage and boasts a Norman castle, two cathedrals and 33 medieval churches. It is also a shopper's paradise, with an abundant range of small specialist shops, a bustling provisions market and the Castle Mall and Chapelfield Shopping Centres. The city is well served for cultural interests with the Playhouse, Maddermarket and Theatre Royal and has an immense variety of restaurants and eateries. Only 2 miles away is Marston Marshes with a variety of habitats attract a wide range of bird life and is home to a variety of flora and fauna.

The cottage is very cosy, well provided with an excellent, reliable internet connection. It is only a short drive to Norwich with all its amenities, as well as having a Tesco Supermarket 5 minutes away. The is excellent access to the A47 as well. I would highly recommend it, except when I want to stay there!

Mr B,

We love spending time at the Garden Cottage, we've been several times and feel it's a cosy little home from home! Small, obviously, but everything you could need nonetheless. The homeowner is also so lovely and accommodating. Perfect!

Mrs H,

Garden Cottage was perfect for our needs as we mainly wished to re-visit Norwich and UEA. Tucked away in a peaceful rural location on the edge of Norwich yet very conveniently close to Harford Park and Ride we were able to enjoy several car-free trips into Norwich. The cottage was easy to live in being all on the ground floor. It was immaculately clean, very comfortable and well-equipped. I would recommend it.

Mrs W,

Garden Cottage was just what we wanted for a holiday after "lockdown" It is in a quiet location away from the main road. The cottage is spotless & very well equipped, we wanted for nothing. Excellent "welcome" pack with some local products, welcoming owners and contactable if needed. We have already recommended this cottage to some friends & would certainly visit again ourselves.

Mrs C,

A most comfortable cottage in peaceful surroundings. Some may find the parking a bit of a squeeze.

Mrs H,
